How to Cancel Your Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To cancel an order, please send an email to support@gnextima.com with your order details and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Window

  • Within 24 Hours: Orders can be cancelled without any charge within 24 hours of order placement.
  • After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee order cancellation as your order may have already been processed and shipped. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.

Refunds

If you cancel your order within the allowed 24-hour period, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account statement.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
  • Pre-order Items: Orders containing pre-order items may be subject to specific cancellation terms, depending on the stage of production or procurement.
