15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from receiving your item to initiate a return if you wish to send it back.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us at If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.

For international returns outside Japan, please be aware that shipping back to us might take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

To exchange an item, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are having your merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification, in addition to the above conditions.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
